Default Eibach question

Hey all, hows everyone going

Just wondering, with the people who has experienced the ride on eibach springs from European-parts.net, how bouncy is the actual ride? Last weekend was riding in a mates car which was lowered (not eibachs of course) and it was bouncy as. Thinking of getting the eibachs from EP but just worried about if there is heaps of bounce in it. Also, how long is the usual shipment time for this product?

Btw, I'd love to see before and after shots of how your rides look after lowering it if anyone is keen on posting pics up

Cheers all

I image the bouncing is from rebounding off the bumpstops. The King springs I have are harsh, but not bouncy. The Eibachs are higher than Kings so you will be ok.

My LR has Eibach springs. Occasionally hit bump stops on rough roads, but not bouncy.

Sounds to me that your mates shocks may be stuffed, rather than a problem with the springs. All springs are bouncy. That's what shocks are supposed to control

I ride Eibachs on front with Lovells on rear - the Eibachs didn't lower the rear enough, hence the 2 different brands used. Ride is firmer, but not bouncy. Definitely a good idea to replace the shocks at the same time.

nice looking sedan Russ, top job..does that mean you had to purchase two different sets of springs, or were you able to just purchase two Lovell rear springs separately?. Also sorry to ask, but would you happen to have a picture of how eibachs look all around on your LS?

Luckily you can purchase Lovells in sets of 2...

Eibachs all round are not pretty...

If your ride is bouncy its most probably your shocks. With the konis the ride was very bouncy at first but a few crancks to firm up the shocks and the ride is now fine.
