Default KenneBell XR8 11.7 street trim!!

There was some awesome BOSS activity happening up in Mackay at Palmyra Dragway on the weekend, with two serious little BOSS falcons carving up the strip.

Young Danny let rip in his full weight street trim (drag radial) 11.7 at 119mph with a wheelspinning 1.8 60ft time

This car is running a BPR 2.6 KB kit @ 10psi, stock auto, stock rear gears!!

AND

if that wasn't enough, Big Brett ripped out his BF GT, full street trim, drag radials, stock rear gears and ran an 11.8 @115

AND THAT LITTLE NUMBER WAS PRODUCED WITH A NON INTERCOOLED 7PSI KIT!!!!!!!!!!

Full credit must go to Dave (aka Blueboost) without doubt the best SCT tuner in Queensland whom is my sole QLD man and Danny and Brett must have had a ball steering these cars........

Glad to see some more serious Bosses out there rumbling the asphalt!!!

One could only wonder what Danny's car would be capable of with a little weight removal, slicks and front runners and some 90/10's.....

10sec passes anyone?????

Good on you guys, I feel like a proud father!!!!!

Chris, what sort of power were they getting with the 10psi intercooled setup?

So if you want to beat em, ya gotta join em, and being manual makes the time even more credible.

the xr8 was detuned up high a bit, it was making around 365 rwkws,
but when he changes his fuel system it should go around 380rwkws. (4speed auto)
a GT would go 20-30 more then this with the same boost, and if they were manual, it would jump about another 20kws.
