yeah I avoided talking to him... I was behind you when he was chatting to you... I just quietly laughed to myself... heard something about him buying a new turbo

Yeah, the bloke came over and had a chat when I was lineing up behind him for one of my runs. Said something about being unable to get it to run right, and that he had just ordered an FG XR6T, and then ask if my car was one (an FG). Hmmm...

heathcote was alot of fun yesterday. worst pass was a 19.3 82mph (first pass) best run was a 15.8 86mph (last pass) i got 6 runs in and had an awesome time. shame i didnt do any wieght mods considering i also carried 3/4 of a tank of petrol down the 1/4 with me, hopefully go up again with interiors stripped out less fuel better ignition system to dial in more timing and different gear ratios (still had heaps left in it with 3.7). good to see the ba's running good times as well as the zephyer boys who were up there too. anyone see the green wagon with the 250 x flow turbo?

Sorry couldn't end up attending guys, and couldn't get to a computer to let anyone know until the Sunday afternoon either (called in to work Saturday was there late, then a 21st Sat night, by Sunday I was shagged and needed the day off desperately).

Sounds like it was a good day anyway, looks like I've missed out on the drag racing this year between this and not racing when I went to Calder but oh well always next year. Some nice times too, well done everyone.

Maybe, but if you did come you could get your base P.B. time and then each time you mod you can go back and race and watch your P.B. decrease as you go on man!!!

And yes track is the best way to determine your cars performance, on a gtech i ran consistent 14.1's and 14.2's where the track i ran 14.48 pb 14.60's and 14.70's.
