Default Mods and warranty

Just wondering if anyone knows how doing such mods as lowering and wheel changes affects the warranty on the focus.
Sorry if this question has already been asked before
Thanks
Jamie

As far as i know, (from previous questions posted by me... lol) if the busted component is a factory one and they can't prove that it was caused by aftermarket components, then it is covered by the warranty.

I had some problems with my front left wheel and abs failure. Turned out that the tone wheel had some cracks and a few teeth missing (at least that is what i was told). It was replaced under warranty even through I got the aftermarket brakes and coilovers. Has been fine ever since.
