Default new unmarked police car - Botany area

Hi all

The Botany Bay command based at Mascot NSW have got a new FG XR8 in Bionic Blue for the highway patrol running around that area. Looked nice but beware when driving around south Sydney.

I would think its just safer to assume that any BFII or FG T/8 is an unmarked cop car in that area.

You should see some of the unmarked cars up here at the moment.

Black Subaru WRX
Gold 98-00? Mitsubishi Verada
VE SV6
Mistubishi Lancer EVO 9

Sure there are more too.
Not to mention the clown cars (Hwy patrol) FG XR6T

mate saw a marked Evo X somewhere in sydney the other day, took a pic on his phone.

And i agree with anakha, just assume any BFII or FG T/8 is an unmarked cop car - & VE commies, which there are several in my area constantly

I've seen a couple of unmarked PO-Lease cars on the Gold Coast.

FG XR6 Turbo
VE SS
VE SV6 Ute
and there's a couple of 300C's running around.

There's probably more, but I only notice the ones that have pulled people over or have there lights flashing. There getting very, very sneaky.

WOW. What a massive waste of money and fuel. 300C's, EVO 9's & Hummers as unmarked cars. The Victorian, NSW and Queensland governments must have heaps of money.. Oh wait... they're all broke.. hmm. Ah well, they'll just have to entrap.. err I mean book more people to justify the expense. I have seen an unmarked VE SS Ute up here on the Gold Coast.
End Cynical mode!!!

It's only a trap if you do something stupid, like falling for it. If you're not prone to doing stupid things then you won't get caught. I mean if you're going to race an unmarked cop car then you'll probably race anyone.

Also I believe as they're govt vehicles they don't have to pay tax on them and can get them cheaper, so when they get flogged off they probably make a profit out of most of them.

I see more unmarked cars getting around than marked.
I would like to see the cops in something a bit old school. Whats the car that guy drives in "Life on Mars"? the yellow one with black stripes... hot.

Who are the "faggs"? The people whose job is to turn up at work to drive what they've been given? Or is it the people in upper government management who are doing deals with different car manufacturers to get cheap cars?
