Thanks ant70. The LR Focus can actually be enabled by the driver using an unlock/lock sequence. Just wasn't sure of the LS/LT had it too. Admittedly I haven't tried the LR sequence on the LT yet so I don't even know if it does work.

This feature wasn't explained to me at the time of sale from the salesperson so does someone mind elaborating on how this feature works? Or maybe, I've discovered it already by accident.

At the recent 3,000 km service i got Ford to program the auto lock feature. The doors automatically lock as you drive off (i think once you hit 5 or 10 km/h).

SWEET, just tried out the windows down/up with the remote on the mrs car, coolest feature i've found with it yet!

Yes I changed to the double unlock cos my daughter uses the TDCI to go to uni in the evening. Only discovered out about it on these forums, at the moment its a great idea.
