For some reason I imagined the production line to be more automated than that.

Last night around 6:30 there was a show on discovery channel called Supercar - It was about the build up to the GTR's release date - which they did both phyically and on the Internet at exactly the same time, along with the first public viewing of the Nurinburgring lap time challenge of the 911 turbo of 1min 38secs (beating the 911 by 1.5~seconds) Was a good show, they showed an insight into how the car was advertised and marketed - There are NO tv ad's or magazine ads about this car. The internet was used extensively aswell as Gran Tourismo 5 (prototype) and hearsay/leaked pics. The bloke who bought the first one, the guy who ran the program specifically said that If there is TV ad's or magazine ad's that the car is a failure. pretty interesting.

Nissan will never earn the respect a Ferrari can command in a Performance Ford Forum.

Isn't it the Australian Government that are ripping us off on the price of top end imported cars? I didn't think the manufacturers set out vastly different price tags for different countries. I had thought it was the import tax the government imposes... Could be wrong.

It is quite ugly but who cares about the dash when you'd either be looking out your windscreen or rear view when you've smoked everybody haha.
