The Euro ST (xr5) had them as a factory option and you can pick em up off ebay, but you need all the electronics for it, and i think there's a little extra wiring involved, don't think it's a plug-n-play affair.

One of the guys off the xr5 forums did this but he already had the transformer things (i honestly can't remember what they're called, but they step up the voltage to run the HID's) and it still set him back about $600-$700 for second hand lights.

There are options out there that I haven't seen so keep looking, www.european-parts.net might have something.

Don't put them into reflector lens, at least get some aftermarket projector lens headlights

you can put a conversion kit from predator performance lighting. you'll need to wire a balast into the headlight circuit to ignire the HID bulb. cost off the top of my head is around $325 i think

Dont do anything other than factory. My eyes, and every other road users, will thank you for it. Those at predator performance will be garbage for glare and correct beam output.

If you import lights make sure they are for RHD countries.

i'd recommend that you change only the high beam to HID. i have HID in my spotlights, but standard halogen in my headlights
