Much like Jennifer Lopez, I never forget where I’ve come from (I’m still snottygobble from the block and my first car was an Esky) and it’s also because I’m a top bloke that I’m posting this. This may be more relevant to those living in Vic but I spotted this the other day. Given our 57 cars, sadly this one cannot be ours but it may be just what someone else is looking for. What I can tell you is this. It is an auto, 2ltr 1978 Mk II Ford Escort Ghia. Is registered until August this year. The car apparently came from an old granny in Pascoe Vale (don’t they all) and appears to be very original (see last pic in series). Bloke selling it wants $3,500 and says he is going to put it on fleabay (how original), point of me posting this up is so that no one gets hosed/ripped off (as yet there is no listing for it on ebay). I’m not going to post up where the car is currently located (someone may already know) but anyone who’s interested can PM me. Oh and there is some rust coming through on the rhs wheel well, not 100% sure re rust in firewall but looks pretty good (still has big rubber cover over firewall), body is pretty bloody straight from what i can see.
