Default Which SPARK PLUGS

Hi everyone, im changing my spark plugs soon. Which one do you guys recommend for my 1998 EA manual 3.9Ltr................ Buy the way i just finished putting in my new CLUTCH its all goood now But it took me 20 HOURS from start to finish non stop (sucks not having a hoist)............Well its done now.......... THANKS BOYS..........

genuine ford spark plugs are what i use and would recommend
