Wondering if any one uses the chinese outlet site dhgate? experiences?
I discovered the site after buying an item off ebay, when it arrived it had the dhgate invoice, this guy was so slack he just had them send it straight to me, not a bad ten dollar markup for being the middle man. It got me thinking though. I was a bit dubious to start but with the right homework, seller, feedback checks and the old advice 'if it seems to good to be true' I've had some luck. Once you've waded through the plethora of fake rolex's, raybans and obvious scams there are some good accessory and consumable items to be had.

I haven't used dhgate but have used Gear Best, Banggood and a few of the others.
Only ever had 1 item never arrive that wasn't worth much to chase up. My tip would be not to buy anything worth more than you can afford to lose if it never turned up. Also pay the extra and get faster shipping with tracking. The free shipping gets to you eventually but as in what happened to me you won't be compensated as they will keep asking you to wait another week. Some of the free shipping can take up to 2 months to get to you. The sites are worth keeping an eye on as good bargains do pop up if you follow certain items.
