I don’t know about the ACT but as of 25 February 2019 is was still illegal in NSW not that that would ever stop some people doing a wide range of mods. To quote the NSW Government Transport Roads & Maritime Services Vehicle Standards Information No. 9 – Guidelines for alternative wheels and tyres: Quote:
