Default Logging into Motorcraft service

Is anyone else having trouble logging into Motorcraft Service? I get an error message.

"Failed! User cannot log in! Status Code: MSG-0031, Status Context: SCACAP, No preferences currently exist for this user and application combination"

I just tested it and have no problem. Note you need to register to get any manuals or data though https://www.motorcraftservice.com/User/Register
