I got caught out by a Camry a few months ago.. wasn't even unmarked, I just assumed it was a transit cop or security, luckily it was a snr sergeant who let us off with a warning after a bit of a chat

We have all sorts of unmarked cars around WA, plain white hilux crew cab/well bodies, Prado wagons, even seen a late model territory afew years back now with "Mums taxi" and my family stickers on the back

Also seen a marked FGX still in duty recently, couldn't see if it was a turbo.. I don't think WAPOL had any XR6T in the FGX range, was a little hard to follow as it was in full lights and sirens haha

Yeah but you can see the red/blue LED modules on the sides of the number plates or on the rear parcel shelf/dash if you know what you're looking for.

Extra aerials are a dead give away too. Especially if it's a sedan.
