yeah, the weather was real crap but it was a pretty good turnout regardless. This is the only pic i took as i was too busy strapping down the cars. I've got a few copies of the dyno graphs for cars that made big power, when i get a chance to scan them i'll put them up too.

It was a great day- really enjoyed my first ever dyno comp. Didn't bother dragging the camera out as it was too wet but a good assortment of cars really- gee, there were alot of Holdens there......

Mr Mac ended up giving me a $100 voucher for third so I was over the moon!

A big thank you to everyone who was involved with the event- very professional and all round a great day, I'll be sure to be coming to the next one!

That GT of Travaglini's was awesome- I should be happy to have been put in the same class! (although it did beat me by 211hp)

Wow! Some insane results. Those damn LS1 respond well to mods.

Jim, if you keep entering these comps you might just make all your money back on the mods :P

Uh huh- yeah, sure mate.....

Athough, for $50 entry I got $50 off the next MacInerney service, a T-shirt, $10 meal at HJ's, half price paint treatment voucher, discounted detailing, a sticker, some lollies, a few snags and cans of coke all day, a trophy and $100 voucher to spend there, plus got to meet some great blokes AND have my photo taken with the birds they had there...

Come out of it all right I reckon.

But you're right about the Gen3's and they really had me worried- I think I did really well considering where some of these cars came from

I was over on LS1 and the guys were saying that the dyno figures were down a bit on what they have consistently pulled at other dyno comps- the turbo'd LS1 (second graph) was 50 down and the VY SS ute (third graph) was down 25hp- mine was down about 20 too, but thought it may have been someting I'd changed........

Again, not worried, just thought I'd offer some feedback.

the ls1 turbo was on the money for power figure, LS1 UTE, was 50 hp down and wazza's arround 25-30. so possibly on another dyno we might both of cracked the 400 mark. MPH at the drags should help figure out what power we are running. See you on the streets soon mate :
