The US has about 80 Military bases with appx >160,000 people there, how were they supposed to vote?

And perhaps you could explain the difference between their Mail in voting and our Postal voting?

Isn't that the same thing............if you can't be there in person you can use postal voting.

Not that it really matters, firstly 'mail in' votes were fraudulent, then that fell through, so the Tech company that counts the votes was doing it wrong.
