i like the new way cause while looking at the forum i often get called away or on phone and when i come back i can still see what was there. where as the old way it would be all gone and i dont have time to search through old threads to find it
lazy people cant even do 2 click at the end of their session so they start with new posts next time they log in

I think the old way at this stage 'Russ" but I'm relatively new to this forum so my 2c worth may have little impact on the outcome on this. But as mentioned people are creatures of habit therefore change can take sometime to get used to.To most members the old way will most likely be the most favourable. But to be fair I think the new way needs more time so we can make a fairer assessment.

I slightly prefer the old way, but I am so tepid about the issue that I will abstain from voting. If someone is wildly passionate one way or the other I think that their vote should count far more than my very mildly interested one.
Thanks for giving me the chance and choice to vote, but it's not needed in my case.

It's simply:
Old way: after refreshing your UserCP, you have a short window to see which subscribed threads have been replied to, and if you walk away and come back a little later, refresh again they'll disappear New way: each subscribed thread which has been replied to will stay bold until you read it new way - far more sensible |

The old way works for me, but its great that you've given the forum the option of deciding. So many technological communities just assume they know whats best for their clientele.

Old way or new way....Doesn't bother me.....However general consensis here is, some are too lazy to click a single button to stop old threads popping up, hence wanting the old way.
BTW, I voted the new way and I'm still on dial up internet, so it takes longer for things to load up...

Do a little search about this topic and you will probably find I made the suggestion for the poll..... Edit....Did the search for you http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=11384501 Reading the above thread and making a judgement call on your post, I'm not the only smartie/tough guy...So I'd suggest you call all the members that agreed with me, the same thing.

This is the thread with the poll in it, you threw out the insult in this thread and I’m throwing right it back at ya in this thread.....why would I bother searching for other threads... As the saying goes.....”If you can’t take defeat graciously, don’t ask for a fight”.....
