funny!! my girlfriend said the same thing ha ha ha!!

I am/was eyeing off a P250 here in Perth, but i would still need 'new' tyres on the fairmont to get a buyer... P250's have been my dream car since that I were released. That i could afford anyway!

If you want to remove all doubt try this ... fit a set of Azzurros (original silver) and get someone to drive your car past you.

There is an AUII fairmont I see around town, same colour as yours with azzuros. Looks very nice, plus you have the body kit so even better!

Put it this way, if the azzuros are gunna cost similar to the cost of new tryes, buy the azzuros, then when they need new tyres... decide which ones you liked better.

Azzuros are old man wheels? Gee whiz you guys must know some really cool old men.
AUII Fairmont 18-spokers are old man wheels not azzuros.
PS I love my two sets 18-spokers

Id be keen Heath, but shipping them to WA might not be cost-effective lol

I think ill just sit on the black ticky's for the time being and just see what comes up over the next month or 2 and decide what I want to do wheel wise!!

Yeah I use to see one too when I was in sydney, same kit, however it was Liquid Silver, had the rear spoiler, and a ride height so high you could almost do an oil change without jacking the thing up

it could have been nice(r)!!!!

nothin like a clean set of azzuros on a dark coloured AU, the problem is getting them clean, its their only down fall
But if the AU 5 spokers cam in 18 inch, I would have a set of those too.

nup stick with the black....although auzzuros didnt look too bad on my car i felt they didnt flow with the lines of the car as much as the tickys do..in saying that they're a matt finish compared to anything polished/gloss IMO matt finished wheels just makes it look like somethings missing...and black wheels make your car look lower coz it plays tricks with your eyes, mine use to look alot lower than it was with black rims..now thats its lifted back up im tempted to buy another set of wheels to paint black so it doesnt look so raised lol
