Eating well is the main component of gaining weight, Along with Gymwork.

You shouldnt be intimidated to go to a gym, If you are, Then look for a nice and quiet one or go with a friend, And dont go to one where Bodybuilders work out. I go to a Victoria University Gym In Werribee, It's great.

I've just turned 18, I'm about 163cm ( Last time I measured.. ) and weigh 67 kg's, And am not fat..

Eating well is the key, and I also use Whey Protein, That has helped significantly.

You should really be setting Goals, For example: I will Weigh 75 Kg's by the end of the year, Then break it up to Gain about 1kg a month, Or something similar.

Just remember that once you have been working out and building yourself up for a while that if you go out to the cinemas one night and the person sitting next to you is you, then it's time to stop bulking up. :

So does anybody have any solutions/fitness ideas etc?
I thought your dad earned more than anyone else on the forums? Here's a thought, why don't you borrow some bricks that your Northern suburbs mates use to put under the sills of cars that they pinch the wheels off? I'm sure they'd have a stash somewhere and would loan you a few!?
