I like the idea of the brewery but not the 'wild west' theme, at least they kept his name on it though.

Should be chock full of over the top tacky baroque furniture that no one likes.

Italian flag was gone since 2021, nothing to do with the current building occupiers, only Franco Cozzo can give you that answer.
