Hi All
This is James Cloke ,Owner of Tubular Suspension Systems Was made aware of this the other day so I thought I would clear a few things up DW Customs was my dealer in Vic until they closed DW Customs asked me to make a strut for the BA Falcon TSS made the struts for them and DW did the rest 10 months ago DW asked if TSS could do the same struts for the FG I rang Koni as the customer wanted Konis and they sent me the struts I fitted the same bags to them and sent them to DW to work out the rest I found out later on that the strut were infact BA not FG as i ordered but apart from the width of the bottom mount and spring plate they were similar Chad from DW sent just the strut back up to me less the bags and I made spacer to make them fit, plus I extended the stroke as he wanted more lift When Chad refitted the bags he damaged the orings, thus they leaked, Chad bought new o rings for them but they were the wrong section width so they leaked also I said to Chad send the whole lot back and i will sort it for you which i did None of this time I have charged for any of this work I would also like to point out Chad has no trade background in any mechanical field, but took this on anyway So he has the struts back now no leaks with the right o ring so before any more BS is written be very sure of your facts as i have a screen print of everything that has been written and have sent it to my solicitor If a retraction is not posted and all the posts correct i will commence defamation action As for the Supra Chad was told what needed to be done to fit them but forgot to do it Another example of why you get a tradesman to do a tradesman job All of the Supra and Lexus based car I have fitted did not have any issues FYI I am a qualified Fitter and machinist and Marine Engineer I am 45 years old and have been doing this since July 1999 I have seen all these shops come and go all of which had no back ground for the work they carried out I have a new Dealer down there now Rollow, Matt Bumpstead in Mordialloc, he is more than qualified in his trade |

Kinda think this thread is a good example of why we should call the people in charge of the work before trying to take customers away from a buisness.

Thats why i like to hear both sides of the story, to often we only hear the one side...
Now some poor bloke has to do the run around to fix it all up instead of getting on with his business. |

Yeah well that is true, just got off the phone to James... Everything is sorted, I would like to see the thread locked later today after any one else wishes to make any more comment.
As stated it would appear clear to me that the middle man has not told me the truth and that James has done everything right for the better part. Let's hope that I get my car back one day.
