I'll be going even if everyone else drops out. I'm keen to see what she can do in some cooler weather. By then everything on my car should be fixed so I can lay some smackdown on the I6 boys :hihi:

But it's 2 hours further away. I wanna race mine too, but with no licence how the hell can I get there! Do you need a current driver's licence to race at either Calder or Heathcote?

Bwahahahaha @ commando 80s!

There's a little bit of Ghia5L <tm> for you to sleep with now ;)

[serious] Thanks for the offer of staying over, but I have a 7am-midday shift on Sundays, meaning ANY morning activity is impossible. Damn work :( BUT if I somehow get out of that shift, I'll take ya up on ur offer & [/serious] come over for some more commando operations. Could GI jjM play too? :

PS damo, clutchfans are NOT where its at when you lack shrouding :( But yes, before the Phat-Wombat Damage it worked flawlessly.

there is a bunch of us running at calder, and like ned says calder is closer, plus at night calder is good dragging weather most of the time. i may be racing depends on the cash flow.

heathcote is 1hour 15mins from Ford HQ broady.
its not that far to go really.

racing is $10 cheaper (yes you'll prolly use $20 in petrol)
spectators are cheaper and you get more runs.
heathcote weather at night can be pretty damn cold, i've got time slips with temps reaching 6 degrees

I'll consider going up, might see if i can ride up with Jason (galapogos) or something and get video

No. My brother has lost many points and therefore his licence (11 points on his L's, so cant get his Vic "P" licence for a few years haha) and they still let him race there. It's getting your car there that's the problem :S

If I sort my fueling+spark+exhaust+pressure-plate woes, I'll be there But I wont add myself to the list just yet, gotta talk to the boss...

I know! I thought losing 6 on your P's was bad enough! I rang Calder this morning and they said to me... you need to show your licence, in order to race :S It might be different for Heathcote, I just wanna see what time it can produce.
