Harsh Walky,
Don't really know what you mean though. Many people such as yourself seem to take a lot of info but never give any. J%* in particular do not give away any info, as I'm sure they've spent tens of thousands of dollars to get where they are.

I spent a lot of money doing things by trial and error, a few years ago, and now tell guys how to save thousands.

I don't really give a toss where you got your head done, but you held back on telling the bloke, but nearly cried when I told Him the answer to a question which he asked.

Don't want to give away info either hey buddy.

I am sending you a box of tissues Walky. :

well i rang up the place thats doing my head and asked to get it flowed before and after and he said no prob so i guess we will find out what mine flows standed. i asked him aswell and he said between 320hp and 330hp. he is going to try a few things with my head but if i just get done what he normaly does he said she will be flowin 370hp to 380hp, but i think he wants to get more out of it (and so do i!) so that should all be done by the end of the week.

Well, I have no doubt you will be able to achieve the power figure you were chasing. Look at what vegabass and a couple of others have got. :Up_to_som

The BBM is actually a good thing, and contributes to the fact that many Fords with them have made more power than their head flows. :1syellow1

eg. many stock headed Auto AU's have made 150rwkw
stock they are about 100rwkw this is a 50% increase on 157kw
= 235.5kw @ engine, which = 315hp @ engine, with a head rated as flowing 300hp or less. :

well me head is there at the moment. i gave em a ring today and old mate said he has got the intake to flow 400hp and wanted to know what i wanted with the exhast to flow. i asked him to put the bigger valves in there so it should haul ***. anyway i'm getting it back soon so i'll have the standard flow rates and the performance flow rates aswell.
