for a turbo, that tip looks pox.

Granted it's the velvet sledgehammer of the model, but seriously, a couple of twin tips would make it look so much smarter.

hopefully not the production model.

Yes? Lol My bank interest rate was 8.9% (secured car loan) and dealership did 6.5%...exact same term, etc. Lower monthly maintenance fee as well

It's not just the render, the actual G6Es running around do not have exposed tips either. As Nikked said, it seems like only the G6E Turbo will have an exposed tip which makes perfect sense.

I would think the G6ET exhaust would be the same as the XR6T exhaust.

Nice to finally see a G6E Turbo.

Disappointed with the 2008 era wheels though! Hope this is changed on production. Great looking wheels, but not suited for the last model IMHO.

Actually don't mind the no-lip on the g6et. The visible exhaust already shows it's not an XT, which is basically all it does now.

It appears maybe the New G6E Turbo won't get the 'Turbo' badge, the 8 on the XR is red, as well as now the 6 on the XR6 Turbo is red. And on that G6E Turbo the E was red. So maybe the G6E won't have the Turbo badge, just a red E?

Is that a new colour?

I must say Holden have two very nice colours at the moment....a dark green/ black and a dark purple/maroon/black something or rather that suit the VF.

Unfortunately, like the FG, I don't think bright colours are going to suit the FGX. Hence that metallic gold being the hero colour thus far.

Personally I would delete exhaust tips on all models for a little cost save....they never line up correctly and the square design leaves no room for error.

Highly unlikely the XR8 (in Police guise anyway) will trigger the LCT threshold. Current threshold is $61K.
I thought LCT came in at 57k...or have they changed it recently, but honestly i don't think that should be classed as luxury these days...i'd say something closer to 100k would be considered luxury, just look at a landcrusier ute (basically farm ute) they're over 60k new and nothing special.

you do pay LCT on Land cruiser...

you will find that Toyota has more buyers that are affected by the LCT then anyone.. which Toyota has been talking about a while and want changed.. as there SUV and 4WDs get hit with the LCT and most are not "luxury cars" they just cost $$$.

these days I reckon 100k is a luxury car...

If they dont get the money from LCT the Gov will just find some other way to tax you, so dont think for a minute if it goes everyone will suddenly have more money in their pocket...
