These things can happen in a quick flash, and I've know of many who've had stacks like these and only barely survived from luck.

Quote from a teamvmc member on the website about jareds update

"I called up a few hospitals last night and found that he was air lifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital. I got to talk to him which i was quite surprised about. He cant remember what happened at all and he cant really feel his arms or legs, but that could be because he is on lots of drugs as he sounded doped up. He was still in emergency waiting for a bed in the ward at 11:30.

I might be seeing him tonight, if not tonight, Thursday night. So if you wanted to sign some cards or anything i can take them with me. i dont know how i can get them as there hasnt been much notice.

I'll keep you informed"

Well by the sounds of it he did not have to go to intesive care as in ICU no one would of been able to talk to him at this early stage........

At the very least thats some Good News from this bad Situation.....

Glad to hear he is alive. Hopefully feeling returns to his arms and legs and he makes a full recovery. If he can talk, that shows a lot of promise. On the way to the Baysie minimeet yesterday, I saw where the road was closed off, and cops everywhere, and that was about an hour after I saw the thread on here about him.

Its a scary thing to hear. Even after what happened to Joe not long ago. But i'm sure Jared is going to be fine.He is a tough kid. And all the support from E-Series is just going to help him on his way to getting betta.
We are all glad you are Ok Jared and all the best with recovery and getting back on the road :eclipsee_

IDEA!!!

how bout on the cruise on sunday, we have a couple of eb hubcaps passed around the group where we can sign them, then give to him. I think he would like that, and it will be the only place we are all together to get it done.

Jeebus, just read this thread, I hope you pull through mate, hope to see you cruising again soon! I reckon the hospital should try and make him read this thread, all the well wishers and kind messages should make him recover in about 10 secs flat!

Oh and very well said Sunny, I hope everyone reads that and memorizes it!

Perhaps when the hubcap is taken in, someone could print this thread out?
