Works well, better than spar varnish. Problem with varnish being so shiny, is UV gets to it, becomes cloudy, then cracks up. Requires hard scrapping to remove, re sanding to base material, then refinish by layers of varnish.

Dek's goes on, last around 6-8 months with one coat, stays glossy over that time then dulls flat. It can be wiped down or lightly sanded and then re-apply.

You can apply also a 2 pack version by brush.

Second choice for me would be Feast and Watson varnish.

Must admit, I do use the Feast and Watson Spar varnish on the wooden stake sides of the truck. The varnish does protect it a little from loading scrapes and looks kinda purdy.

Sure was, towards Pelicans Pt, near where Amoco used to be.

Was a Friday night street drag spot, way back before Torrens Island even...

However, it is nice to hear that beautiful radial doing it's job!

Not to many single drives still running out west, usually only bedbuggers.

He must have wanted to line up his schedule to get matching colour loads.

Way more comfortable than the old school trolleys but in terms of comfort it gets beaten by modern Hi-rails but it certainly has the cool factor

This picture could be mistaken for being circa 2016, except for the Euro bucket next to it and the fact it was taken today.

My local dealer kept a Winter White FGX XR8 in the showroom for years as well, I think it was the dealer principles car. Not sure if it was sold in the end or was put into storage.

What a depressing view, rows and rows of FG Falcon's with no home to go to. Going by the two XR50's in Sunburst, this would have been circa 2010.
