That’s basically what I did before fronting the sales counter. Checked material specs, and used the internationally recognised standards for size nomenclature against my measured sizes. Made the supplier’s job easy.

I checked each position’s fit individually to know each seal was acting as designed, and lubed everything with moly grease instead of petroleum jelly.

Came across this and measured my o-rings since they are mostly stuffed and leaking too. They all seem correct except the 'Tensioner flange' (Ford P/N V 890066 S) should be BS 210 (ID: 18.64 S: 3.53 OD: 25.70)
