Mortgage broker - anyone want a home loan?

2 years self employed low doc with clear credit to 90% of value - 8.7%pa

low doc to 80%, any credit history at less than 9%pa (location restrictions apply)

Basic variable to 95% with 100% offsedt (great for investors) at 8.62%

Still in the same job and still haven't had any holidays since December /January 2006 :

I have got an interview on Tuesday for a .NET Developer so hopefully that goes well.

Applications for the job close in April so the fact I already got an interview on the same day I sent my resume in is a good sign

Fingers crossed because I have found bugger all jobs so far :

Im in Year 12. But i work at McDonalds in McCafe and i used to also work at Dick Smith, but quit last week. Was there for 6 months and i have been at McDonalds for 3 years.
I have absolutely no idea whatsoever what i want to do after Yr12.
Thinking about tafe.
But not sure what course!

All I can say is if you're thinking about anything to do with computers, is to forget about TAFE and go to uni IMO.

Every job I have looked at required a degree as minimum and/or commercial experience. About the only worth my diploma has is to get a year off a degree I've found :
