Default Knowledge needed! Door actuators

Hopefully someone has an answer for me, recently my passenger actuator went and i ordered a replacement one off ebay, one was sent but ever since installing it my unlocking function has cycled whenever i opened a door. Since i have a series one i was told that the front actuators have an extra sensor in them, and without this the locks would cycle.

Today i opened up my current drivers actuator and the new passenger actuator, note i have already sent the original back to the bloke so can't compare passenger with passenger.

My question, is this passenger a series one item? as i can see it is missing that red sensor part, but not sure if thats exclusive to the drivers door.
