Default Can i post an audio clip with rude words in it?

Its a clip of a call to vic roads made by a very disgruntled customer. The language is pretty rough but it is one of the funniest rants i've ever heard and is pretty relevant considering how many people post on here about vic roads.

If i put a big red 'NOT WORK SAFE', 'SUPER EXTREME LANGUAGE' warning is it ok to post in the off topic area?

I'll pm it to a mod to listen to first if they want.
