Ok well the F6 is slightly better, thats one frustrating track to get completely right. So I got new time. I reakon there is another couple of tenths if I could just get that corner over the train tracks right.

Bah I need more practise. Fastest was 1:28.6something in a GTO (I presume we can use them?).

Other than that 1:30 in an F6, GT is well off the pace.

Was forced to add a wing to my beloved F6 :
But there's the result. :eclipsee_

And, there's more in it... But I gotta go to bed :

Technically, you should be able to use the Pontiac, since it's a Monaro, but, we'll let the other decide. I'm gonna have a go tonight.

Yes indeed. My previous best was a 1:24.920 without aero. It was a messy lap though.
Slashed 2 secs off with aero. Still a messy lap mind.
Don't think anyone will crack the 1:19 mark... But a high 1:20 we'll see.

That is why you quote the last person who did the list, take the tags out of it and change it. That easy.

Well, I got the second wing on mine, which gives me 30 pts of downforce front and rear.
Couldn't bring myself to put the massive wing on it, but I think it gives you more downforce...?

lol...thats not posting 1 time then is it. you're just gonna have to re post the list every time you update your time....the only thing i can suggest to reduce the amount of posts is dont update every time you do a better time....coz then if you just better it 5 minutes later, and someone has re posted the list, you're gonna re post it all over again.

maybe the best way is for everyone to have ONE post with their time etc

ie
Dez
Car: F6 Typhoon
Time: 1:29.xxx

and continually update that post...then at the end of it all, these posts will be easy to find as they wont have any text, only the 3 lines as above...and they can all be collected and made into a list....saves having to update the list and move people around continually...

When I updated the list with my time, I replaced yours with your 1:29. See post #9.

Polyal has two times up, but one is his F6, the other his GT. I felt it fine to have both times up as they are different cars.

Is that what you're referring to?

Guess who just lost all 100 odd cars they had in there garage? That's right, me...

Thought I'd backup my game on my second mem card after hearing of corrupt data horror stories. Don't know what happened, but now all I'm left with is one of my Typhoon that I was using at the time (Not my quicker one either), and 2.8 mil dollars. And all my game records. Still at the same day, still have all my track records and licenses. Thank f%^k

I feel shattered. I'm such a twat.
Atleast I've got a decent car and some dollars to start rebuilding my garage.

Sorry to be off topic, just had to share that with somebody.

So it happened when you copied the data over to another memory card?? If so, maybe the cars are in the second file

i made some suspension changes and took about 3 seconds off my time....if i sat down and ran a few laps without trying to go 100% on every single 1, i rekin i could do a better time....i might have a decent go at it tomorrow after work

I ran three Aussie cars last night (FPV GT, FPV F6 Typhoon, Holden Commodore SS)

Times as follows

FPV GT - 1'31.001
FPV F6 Typhoon - 1'28.7 something
Holden Commodore SS - 1'29.8 something

The GT was running full mods, 4.11 final drive ratio and auto setting 12 on gears. The Typhoon was running full mods, 3.73 final drive ratio and auto setting 12 on gears. Didn't even play with the Commode.

How are you getting the faster times?
