Default Downloading PMs

Hi,
I need to download/copy/print a rather large back and forth PM so it can be be easily read.
Can the messages be saved in such a way that it can be printed off in order of who said what but so that it isnt displayed as the PMs are here?
Ive had a shot at printing it alreay and it came out at about 10 pages but it had to be at 50% size to make it fit on the paper - this makes the writing almost too small to read.
Can they be saved as a PDF even?

At the bottom of your inbox should be a drop down box on the right hand side - it will probably have the default 'Move to folder' message in it.

On that drop down menu are various export options including CSV (for Excel), XML and plain TXT.

Cheers
Russ
