Default Replacing the accessory drive belt and tensioner pulley

Gents . . .
I've recently noticed that the cam tensioner adjuster is leaking oil in my AUII 6 (non VCT), so have decided to fix it at home. I have a couple of questions:
1/ Which is the best brand of drive belt, and where
2/ Which are the best idler pullies to buy, I've seen them at around $23 in Super Cheap, but am suspicious of their quality.
3/ Simply removing and replacing the cam tensioner, to seal it from oil leaks, will that have any unintended affect on the actual tension applied to the cam?
Thanks
