can the clutch be adjusted like it can be in older cars?
I've driven a few newer cars lately and noticed the clutch takes up a great deal closer to the floor than mine does. I've got this week off and was planning to give the car some TLC.

I'm no mechanic but it don't think they can be as they are all hydrolic these days. I've noticed that in my focus too. There is much more travel in it than the other new cars.

No it can't be adjusted. The higher the grip point, the less clutch you got.

thought so.
Spent all last weekend trying to get the clutch in my datsun to behave itself and i thought i could do the same on the focus. It's not bad, just could be better.
