it was an fantastic but quick trip last year & it's on again
 i will have a bunch of entry forms & we will be discussing hotel details at the club meeting on feb 9

we are staying in the same hotel as last year, i have reserved 9 rooms for the saturday night, 19th, with more available.
7 rooms have a queen bed & a single bed, the other 2 have a queen bed & bunks. room prices are $110 for 1 person, $115 for 2 people & $5 extra for additional people. when booking use ORSM Club as the reference & they will keep us together. it is up to you to book the room they can be contacted on 0262411377

Hey Tony here are the details.
Meet time will be from 6:30 am at the BP service station, Hume hwy Somerton (opposite Dunlop Tires) Melway reference, map 180, D 5. We will be leaving at 7am; the majority of the trip is dual express way for a nice comfortable drive. The trip takes 6 - 7 hours depending on the number of stops. i'm not sure on all who are attending.

Theo was unaware of the exact meeting details but knew i would have them at the meeting, thats why he put that answer. i put the details up after i read your post. they were in the club newsletter that was sent out by email on tuesday, if you didn't receive a copy contact peter to see if he has your correct details.

I have spoken to Glenn from canberra and his intenton is to visit us at the motel on saturday to catch up with us.
He told me that if we have not recieved the window stickers by friday, to let him know so he can print new ones and give them to us on saturday at the motel. Cheers Big John |
