Default Slow Getting into Fordforums

Today it has taken me about 4 minutes to get into server and longer to change through pages. Are others having this problem also? Any ideals?

Just started to have trouble last night. In the end I just gave up and went to bed! Seem to be fine now.

There where obvious problems with the forums last night, but at least you got a early nights sleep and it cleaned your bowels!
