Default Eb 4L heating up in 30+heat

May someone might be able to answer this question, scenario 33degree day,a/c on, car stationary at lights, take off temp rises, drive goes down, at certian times, guage goes to 3 quarter a/c shuts down, temp drops rapidly, now i cannot seem to work oput why this is going on maybe someone might know, i have, replaced radiator with brand new genuine ford unit, replaced thermostat, replaced coolant, am running 2 12inch thermos one on drivers side radiator side the other on passenger side condenser side, which work well, and am running an auto, no all this only happens with a/c on, and 30degree plus days, in stop start traffic, could it be ac problem or water pump problem.

Have you wired the fans to kick in when the aircon is on.
I know with my conversion one of the fans stay on full time with the aircon on and the other just cycles on/off when its needed and my temp is fine, specially when i used to live in the north west pilbara 40C+

yeh when the a/c is on one fan comes on when the ac clutch is engaged, and the other comes on when it gets to a certian temp, and they stay on till kools, i believe there is a problem but not to sure where, maybe condensor blocked, it is clean between rad and condensor, it is original a/c compressor and condesor, from 1991, never been replaced, a/c just serviced, all my knowlegde would of thought radiator prob, but i have replaced, and still does happen.

Are you running a separate transmission cooler?
When the auto is under load (ie takeoff or up a hill) and running through the radiator, combined with the heat from the a/c condensor will make the temp rise fairly fast.
Are you running a proper fan shroud with the thermos (ie an ef/el shroud)??

I have a seperate trany cooler put oil stil runns through radiator, and as i am running a supercharger setup, i can only run one fan, on radiator side davies craig 12inch, 130watter, i might try and fit the new ewp110 electric water pump, to flow water better.

the a/c is loading the engine up and in this heat u gotta expect the temp to go up a bit but that does sound a bit high might be a water pump there is only one way to find out. change it. it could also be a thermostat but then it would most likely do it with the a/c off aswell. just try the water pump cant hurt.

I will do the easier and change the rad cap, before water pump, but still it shouldnt cause it to raise that much, to shut of a/c.
