Default lr zetec gear knob

how do i go about changing a lr zetecs gear knob, i thought ill ask before doing it myself. its looks like a bit of a challange because of the thing you have to push up before selecting reverse gear.
are their special gear knobs i have to buy or can any one be fitted on,
and last of all how the hell does the standard one come off???
thanks in advance

You need a gear knob for "reverse lift". there are a number around.

The knob just twists off
