I've been looking through a few of the threads on servicing.
I reckon it would be a great idea for a sticky, with a standard format that you cut and paste in to the next reply. It would list service interval, actual Kms, a quote if you got one, actual cost, actual labour and parts, and of course dealer/servicer. With so many members on the Ford forum, let along Focus forum, we might just get a few dealers taking notice, and providing better outcomes for us. At the very least we'll all have a standard point of call to look at for each state to help us make a decision. Amongst it, comments like "did you know you can do this yourself for $XX" and here's the tutorial on how to do it, or a link to it, would be good also. How about some discussion on this?

Cool! OK how about the format goes something like this -
Focus Model & Year - Service Interval - Service Agent - Service Contact - List of services - Quote - Actual Cost - Alrighty, well that's a start! Feel free to add/modify until we get some consensus.
