04 Fiesta tensioners

Having issues with my fiesta mate rekons its the tensioners in the engine.
while the engine is running its making a whine whine sound from the engine sounds like a pulley or a cable is loose....anyone had any issues like this?

It's and 04 Lx 1.6 5spd
