Unhappy Can't open back door inside or outside

Hi guys I can't open my drivers side back door from inside or outside on my 2008 fairlane ghia the child lock is off anyone out there had the same problem or have ideas how I can fix this problem I've posted this before and tried tapping door latch but didn't work so hoping someone can help Cheers

Sounds like a linkage has disconnected that operates the latch.
Do the handles feel like there's any loading at any point in its travel?

Failing any possible reconnection, you might need to go in through the outside handle or somehow remove the inner door card to get better access.

No both handles don't feel like there connecting
