The facelifted Ford Mondeo has been unveiled at the 2019 Brussels Motor Show in Belgium, and features a few design updates, new technologies, engines and a hybrid version of the estate.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The hybrid Mondeo is equipped with regenerative braking technology, which helps it achieve an average consumption of 4.4 l/100 km (64.2 mpg UK / 53.4 mpg US). Moreover, the electrically-powered air conditioning, powering cooling and vacuum systems reduce drag on the engine, there’s a specially developed exhaust gas heat recovery system as well, which helps warm the cabin faster, and a system that encourages gradual braking, helping return more energy to the battery.
