Default LW ST Dual Zone climate control question

Hey!

Quick question just had my ST in for its 15,000km service and had the sync updated with the emergency assist, and it also now allows the drivers side temperature dial to have control over both zones, well that was until the other half played with their temperature dial and now it's gone back to how it used to be, which means to change the temperature in the car I have to change the temperature on both sides and it gets annoying! Lol question is does anyone know how to revert it back to the setting so the driver has the master control? I've checked the book and it's not in there.

I had a Golf hire car that adjusted both at each dial change which seemed smart, was surprised when the ST separated that unless a differential of about 3 degrees or whatever was achieved then would drag the other side with it. Almost due for the 15K and sync update so might offer something soon, cant help thinking something similar though.

Try holding down the Auto button. If I can find an ST at work I'll have a look.

^ This. Hold down the button for 5 seconds or so, it will put it back into single zone mode. Don't touch the passengers side control or it will revert back to dual zone mode.

It's one of those little known features that missed the book.

Am I the only one that likes the dual zone with 2 different temps? That and the missus always like her side a little warmer than mine.
