Yep still seeing a shrink from my childhood due to Santa saying HO HO HO to me at a shopping centre when I was six.
Really political correctness is really starting to be like a new form of communism. There will be no HA HA HA in my house this Christmas only HO HO HO. |

Just because a few soft kids have gotten scared in the past, it seems that the shopping centres are scared of getting sued by parents of other soft kids... so the shopping centre overreacts so that every kid is treated as soft...
So we are breeding lots of intolerant, scared, soft children - scared of not only their own shadow, but good old Father Christmas too... Pathetic.

They should ban Doctor Who because my friend was scared of the Darleks.
They should ban marriage because my parents argued in front of me all the time. Saying "good boy" to me in school has completely wrecked my concept of my gender and it's a good thing they banned the use of "boy" and "girl" in school. For heaven's sake! The world is even more insane. I remember as I kid I liked Santa Claus. My gut feeling is that the children are scared of Santa because they don't associate him with Christmas. He's just a lardarse in red shouting. I remember this little girl who was "fanatical" about Humphrey B. Bear and as part of having her entry on the Grand Final show of Australian's Funniest Home Videos, she got to meet him. She burst out crying. Life's a joke.
