Default 245/40/18 ET street drag radials

Just trying to see if anyone has used these.

A mates car is set up for the circuit, big brakes etc and thats about the only MT's that will fit over his brakes, just want to see if anyone used them and how did they go.

I ran Mickey Thompson 245/40/18's last Friday night.

Hooked up much better than street tyres.

Finished with a best of 12.094 seconds at 182.41 kph and the all important 60' of 1.742 seconds.

Thumbs up

I've been very happy with the MT's in that spec, very grippy and done a whole season of drag racing and starting their second season with plenty of tread still on then ... two thumbs up from me.
