Default oil change

hey guys ill try in here, i have a bf typhoon and is wanting to do a oil change. so i went out and brought mobile 1 fs 5w-50, then i went home to find o needed 0w, with 70,000k on the clock anyone think that id be ok to put in?

sweet as i found guys on here using 10/40, so i brought some of that, ill use the 5/50 next time.

Since run in, my car only uses Edge 10-60w full syn. Around 5k per service.
