hey , just fitted a 30mm adjustable front swaybar does anyone know of the best setting for these as the whiteline site was a bit confusing on how to adjust .

Are you talking about the adjustable rear sway bars by whiteline??
If so i got it on the middle setting!

sorry i forgot to mention front sway bay . at the moment it is set to the front 3rd hole on both sides .

To stiffen, you effectively make the bar shorter by using the holes closest to the rest of the bar (shorter flexes less).
To soften, you effectively lengthen the bar by selecting the holes closer to the end of the bar (longer flexes more). http://www.whiteline.com.au/docs/ins...ar_general.pdf The middle setting is almost the same as the 30mm non-adjustable (I emailed whiteline and asked a while ago). Don't go too stiff. You need stiff springs & stiffer shocks to match as well as control it, bumpy roads will be uncomfortable & difficult to stop straight & quickly on (the car will tend to go where it wants in an emergency stop) & it will understeer like a pig without a stiff rear bar setting to match. http://www.whiteline.com.au/articles...-EFFalcona.htm
