Default Whats a fair price tag for my AU XR8 ute ?

Ok, kiddy no 1 is due May 07, so my poor utes gotta go, gotta get family car *as in FPV sedan lol*, so i have no idea what to put on my ute.

I live in whats described as regional/country area, so we get a little more around here apparently. I spoke to a guy i know at a car yard here and he just sold a red auto version of my ute sell for $22350. I think thats alot for a standard AUII ute. I just wanna know whats fair price and will get it sold fairly quick, i dont owe anything on it.
heres the rundowns.

AUII XR8 ute, manufacture date 10/01
200kw 5 Litre
5 Speed
Exedy Street/Strip Clutch installed at 82'000km
Cloth interior
Ford Sports Bar
Front bumper has just been resprayed, due to stone chips, not a mark on it now :Reverend:
Lukey cat back 3" system
102'000kms as of today
Rego till 10/07

Heres some pics i took tonight, pity it started to rain :(

So if you can let me know what you think.

Luke
