Cool Eb Xr6 twin Lights How To Make Your Self

DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE A REPLICA SET OF EB ED XR TWIN LIGHTS ,,$600 FOR AFTER MARKETS IS TO MUCH, I HAVE FOUND A SUPPLER OF 10 CM LIGHTS,, AS ORIGINALL PRICE OF LIGHTS ALONE ARE A JOKE $80 TO $120 FOR HIGH BEAM & LOW BEAM. (AND THATS A CHEAP SUPPLIER)
CASTING OF ORIGINALL GLASS FRONT IS EASY AND MAKING THE RECESS IN THE MOULD TO ACCEPT THE 2 LIGHTS IS EASY, BUT HOW TO MOUNT THE LIGHTS FOR ADJUSTMENT IS A PROBLEM, WIRING UP IS EASY AS YOU USE THE DONOR REAR CONNECTIONS ON ORIGINALL UNITS.
THERE MUST BE A GURU OUT THERE THAT CAN SAVE US MONEY.

making them would be a right pain in the ***.
The aftermarket ones are fairly basic in regards to the lights and cover but the bracket that the lights fit to and then another bracket for the car needs to be spot on.

Add the cost of your supplied "cheap" lights
+
making fibre glass covers, sanding & painting
+
some sort of bracket attempt, then fitting it all...

Just one of those things that wont really save you a lot of money if you value your time.

You can get the headlights and grill new from ford for about 1300 trade, would have thought 950 for a secondhand kit was a bit on the deer side all parts and pannels in SA sell them for 650 when they have them.
