The square and round ones are what you labelled them as. And the plastic is for the timing case/rover cover as niko said.

the big one looks like the timing cover gasket, does the big one come apart? as with timing cover gaskets there are two seperate gaskets and left one and a right one, there also looks to be a thermostat gasket among the big on, and yeah your right on the water pump, throttle body and I think niko is right on the rubber one it looks like the verandah seal

you have the ISC W/pump and T/B right
the rubber one sits on top of the timing cover and YOUR HEAD sits on it. The little 1 with the 4 holes in it is a gasket for you OIL PUMP( it has 2 gaskets ) The large one you pull apart and it is a timing cover gasket. Use a bit of grease to hold it there. there is a left and right and it allso depends what timing cover you are useing.. You might have to trim the gasket a little near the water pump. When you put the rubber seal on fill the ends with selastic and make sure you poke the ends in tight. and as you know a heap of E-series have a problem with oil weep from under the head/top of timing cover so if you want to run a small beed of selastic along the rubber as well. That will stop it from weeping in a few mths .
